No idea - for starters you haven't given figures, secondly we know nothing about your preferences or needs.
Why are you limiting yourself to Halifax?0 -
As Andy says you have given us no information about what you currently have or the balance outstanding/value etc.
However, why are you limiting your mortgage review to halifax? You might find better options elsewhere either doing the research yourself or using a mortgage advisor.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. yeah ok we owe £33,000 which runs until sept 2017 i have a RL REPAYMENT endowment policy which seemsto be on track to pay off balance then
never sure who u are texting to these days!!
would i be better off with a tracker mortage or fixed or any other ideas ?0 -
That depends on you.
If you like the certainty then a fixed mortgage would do the job. If your prepared to take a little risk then a tracker could save you money but there is a (slim) chance rates could rise and it could cost you more.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
