Specific terms and conditions will apply to each prize package. Each package will include return travel, transport to the accommodation, accommodation for the duration of the stay. All other inclusions are subject to each prize package where meals, tours, activities, concert tickets and spending money may be included. It is the responsibility if all people travelling to obtain full comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Specific terms and conditions are as set out below:

All travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser unless otherwise stated.

1. Flights may sometimes require a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Date exclusions may apply.
2. Eurostar travel must be off peak and booked a minimum of 2 months in advance. Travel will be from London St. Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord International. Travel to the Eurostar terminal is not included.
3. UK Packages include travel by train, which must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Should the winner live more than 5 hours train travel time from their destination, flights will be sourced where possible, subject to availability.
4. All prizes will have return transfers unless otherwise stated.
5. Hotels will be classed as either 3 or 4 star where stated, based on two people sharing a room with ensuite facilities on either a room only, bed and breakfast, half board or All Inclusive basis where applicable.
6. Any activities, tours, attractions or concerts included in the package are subject to availability at the time of booking. Concert tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events and festivals.
7. Where necessary visas may be required. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the visa requirements of the relevant country. Approval is at the discretion of the visiting country's Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
8. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
9. Should any products be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
