Sorry didn't know where to post but will shopping centres be open and places like Primark, boots ?

Yes, well they are around here in Bristol. Everything is shut on Easter Sunday, but everything is open again for Easter Monday.0

By law large shops in England have to be closed on Easter Sunday. On Easter Monday they'll be open though probably with shorter hours.
In Scotland there aren't any such restrictions and I know several supermarkets that are open 24x7 for at least 364 days a year though you might find that other national chains will operate "England" opening hours on bank holidays.
Banks however will be closed through the UK0
