The issue is that they ask if you have EVER had a default on most of the applications I've seen. I can't find any that don't ask that question.0

Unfortunately I don't think anyone really knows. I assume they will look over your credit report and if it is clean (which you say it is now. Congratulations!) they should treat you like any other normal application. I would of hoped anyway. Good Luck!0

In the current mortgage market. Potentially negatively. At least with the mainstream lenders.
Time will heal your credit record further. Also allow you to save for a larger deposit. All of which will aid your application in the future.0 -
