Greasypalm help?

Options
Hey guys, new to the forum so appologies if i have posted in the wrong section, just picked where i thought was best.

I have recently used greasypalm, and havent recieved any of my cashback from 3 seperate transactions.
Ive submitted tickets, but have gotten no response.
I found an email address for a representative off here, and still have gotten no response.

Anyone got any ideas how i can contact them and get my cashback?

thanks in advance

Andy

Hi, Andy17898 -
Just a thought:
do you realise that you have to accumulate £25 of "validated" cashback before they will send you any, and even then payments are made approx 30 days in arrears?
Sometimes it takes suppliers ages to validate cashback.
To see how much has been validated, click on "My Account" (down left side of page), then "See your account history", then "Transactions - show details".

You probably know all that, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.

If you've known/done the above, try emailing
fiona@submissiontechnology.co.uk
who (according to other threads about Greasypalm) will sort out any problems.
If you've been trying Jade's email address, she's off on maternity leave.
• yeah i did, thankyou, i already have £22.. But these are three new ones.

I emailed that email, and no response on that either :(

Did you ever manage to resolve your problem, Andy17898?
I'm having Greasypalm trouble myself now, and have emailed both Jade and Fiona, but wonder whether to expect a reply or not.

Bought Easyjet Travel Insurance through Greasypalm on 20th March; on 20th July (well within the 120-180 day window) I submitted a "Pending Transaction" ticket. This was answered the same day, and the cashback was validated.
A couple of days later it had been reversed.
Couldn't submit a "Reversed Transaction" ticket, as it didn't appear on the dropdown list of reversed transactions, so submitted a "General Support" ticket on 28th July, explaining that, and asking why the reversal.
Today the ticket is marked as "Resolved".
But I haven't received an answer, the transaction is still marked Reversed, and still doesn't appear on the dropdown list.
I've re-activated the ticket.

I see that Easyjet Travel Insurance is no longer offered through GP, but it WAS when I bought it, so I should be entitled to the cashback of £2.50.
Is it a coincidence that that £2.50 would take me to the magic £25 mark?
