O.K. So now that I have finally got my 1st July figures, let’s see what progress I have made, what there is to celebrate, and what targets I should make.

1/5/08 £36,863.43

For reference my figures at my Lightbulb Moment at end of July/ beginning of August 2006 were:
Total Credit Cards £23,646.22
Total Catalogues £1,060.92
LTSB Loan £9,746.76
Total Non-Mortgage Debt £41,680.59
Things to celebrate- Total credit cards is now back under £24K. That’s the first time that has happened since December! It would have been lower but I have incurred some balance transfer fees.
- Total non-mortgage debt is now under £36K.
- Balance on Intelligent Finance credit card is now under £1700 (now £1,696.70)
- Next month balance on Capital One credit card will drop below £1200 (now £1220.61)
- Next month balance on Amazon credit card will drop below £4000 (now £4016.10).
Targets
Well the targets I set myself last month were:
- Total credit cards below £23K by 1/8/08
- Total non-mortgage debt below £35 by 1/8/08
Hmm! Possible I suppose! I think the second one is more likely than the first!! Mind you, it all depends on OH – if he does manage to get some work fairly pronto (which he ought to really) then I suppose I might still be on track for these! We will see!

Hi All
Still feeling incredibly tired – I just can’t function! I have been doing lots of mind- numbing basic stuff because I dare not do anything that requires any brain power.
Until a few minutes ago, both of the girls I share an office with were out, so I took the opportunity to close my eyes for 10 minutes. This is something I have not done for a very long time.
I have got yet another cup of tea on the go in the hope that it might actually wake me up a bit!
I think a very early night is on the cards tonight!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Thanks!
I feel a bit better now I am at home...except I appear to have no voice! It was gradually disappearing all day and now it is just about gone.
This either means (a) I am sickening for something (b) I'm very stressed (I do tend to lose my voice when I am stressed). Hmmmm....wonder which one it could be!PigginSkint's debt free diary

By the way Hypno, I meant to say - I think we are almost the same age. I seem to remember you saying that you will be 40 in November/December 2010, have I got that right? I will be 40 in February 2011. (Hope to be debt free sometime that year)PigginSkint's debt free diary
