    The last thing I would is delete her from facebook. I would be taking regular screenprints of everything relevant.

    I do not know whether creditors or anyone left holding the baby gets a chance to object to a bankruptcy - but boasting about it and how you are leaving an ex with a debt is a very definite abuse of bankruptcy in my book.

    If they petitioned for their own bankruptcy, then no chance to object as it is approved the moment the judge says so. You could contact the OR and mention their conduct, but unfortunately I cannot see any misconduct (at least not legally, morally is a different answer).
  • You could take a screenshot and send it too her workplace boss though... After all, she's being pretty darn unprofessional!
