You have climbed glass mountain and scraped together a deposit of £7,500 by buying stuff on your credit cards and putting the money you would have spent into a savings account.Hi ACG,
We earn £45k between us, are in possession of £7,500 for a deposit (but happy and capable of saving anything up to £10k), looking to purchase a property between £100k and £125k, and approximately £7k outstanding on credit cards (£6k for one of us and £1k the other)
Cheers,
It is a novel savings strategy. Perhaps over the next 3 or 4 years you could spend £100k on your credit card and put the money you would have spent into the savings account and then you wouldn't need a mortgage?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
