Mould on curtain liner

Help! I've just removed my winter curtains and noticed that the cotton liners have black mould in a couple of places, they've obviously been touching the windows and got a bit damp. I've tried spot cleaning them with Vanish but that didn't help.
I really do not want to unpick the stitches to remove the lining 'cos it would take forever! Someone at work suggested Oxi Clean from Lakeland, anyone know if that would work? Would be very grateful for suggestions, thanks.

That's a bit of a tricky one in that you don't want to bleach or ruin the actual curtain itself.
In this lady's blog I think she suggests oxy-bleach or nappisan for removing mould stains:

(She lives in Queensland, Australia and I think the heat and humidity means that mould can be quite a problem there.)
hope this helps0 -
Try car upholstery cleaner, the one in the can with the little brush on the end, my car gets mould in the winter because of condensation, but I also used it on a garden canopy and it worked there as well.0
