Worked fine for me using Firefox on a MacBest Comp wins in 25 years of comping. Holidays to Hawaii, Toronto, Thailand twice, Dubai twice, Cyprus, Spain, Lake District, Glasgow and London. IE 8 works fine for me, are you using autofill/roboform? sometimes comps need some typing in a box to register the entry. If this is not the issue do you have any ad blockers enabled? these can cause problems with some forms.
