    They have good 95% deals not available through brokers.

    Just because there the only ones I've seen doing 95% mortgages.

    I probably will go down the broker route, I just wanted an idea of roughly what I could get so I know what deposit I need and what price house I can realistically afford.

    At 95% you'll probably do better direct.
