Hello.
Never used this part of the board before so I apologise if this is the wrong section.:o
We have a washer dryer and I usually use it to both wash and dry clothes in one go (it makes it easier and less exhausting for me). However, everytime our clothes come out very badly creased and I was wondering if there was any way to stop this?
I make sure that I don't overfill the machine.
Thank you.:o

Although you don`t overfill the machine with washing, are you aware that the drying capacity of some washer dryers can be as little as half the washing load?
Also how long do you leave the clothes in after the cycle has finished? I find clothes taken out and hung up very soon after the cycle is finished may not need ironing at all. ( TU soft touch shirts for work especially good for this )

Is there a thermostat control on the dryer? Crushed clothes usually mean that the temperature for drying is too hot." The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

I used to have a washer dryer, hated it! I had the same problem, as a pp has said, the drying capacity is teeny compared to washing capacity, I could only dry a few items at a time so bought a condenser dryer and put it in my bedroom at the time. You are over probably overfilling it by assuming that the full wash load is a dry load too that's why it is creased, it doesn't have enough room to move around the drum freely,0

The issue of capacity is one of the reasons why a washer/dryer/combo can be unsatisfactory. If it's not an overfilled load for washing it will be a far too large a load for drying. You need to separate each wash-load into halves: one for cotton and and another for lighter, man-made fabrics and dry them as two separate loads. And then not be able to wash while you're drying them all.
If your two separate loads are still coming out crumpled and crushed you've got them on too high a temperature and not taking them out soon enough once the dryer has stopped. It's nearly always better to remove the items when they are still very slightly damp and put them on hangers to finish them off.0
