Pillows....

Possibly not quite the right place, but still I can't see anywhere much better.
I'm looking for a couple of new pillows, and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts
Side sleeper, and like a reasonable degree of support, and I suppose I'd rather spend a little more on something that will last than the cheap tat.
I've currently got a pair of rather elderly feather pillows, and while I've seen the thread on washing them, IMHO they're past their best, and it's not something I'm much minded to try

I'm a side sleeper and like a lot of support - I have one of those memory foam contoured ones, and wouldn't swap it now for anything.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Hi gollum,
As your thread has dropped down the Old Style board I've moved it over to the I wanna board to see if you can get more replies.

dunlopillo supercomfort
It was recommended on mse and it is a super pillow. All the pillows in my house are now supercomfort and they wash and are non allergic. They retain their shape. Much better than qvc pillows that I used to get0 -
Thnx kitty. I used to have one of these pillows as a teenager, got ruined after a bad nose bleed, didn't know dunlopillow were still in the game.
I too have terrible problems finding a pillow. Like it to be really firm, but don't like the feel of the memory foam pillows at all.
*heads off to google dunlopillows*4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
another vote for the Dunlopillo latex foam ones
they're not cheap, but barring accidents, sorry mazza
, they'll last forever & never lose their shape 0 -
Yeah had that one for years....
Might take a wee bit of saving up for a new one. £43  is quite steep for a pillow. Might need to visit a few stores to try one before I invest in it though. Just to make sure it's as good as I remember.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
I don't know what's happened to the prices  I got mine around 10 years ago & they were £16/18-ish from Argos, but they seem to have disappeared from mainstream shops & catalogues nowYeah had that one for years....
