The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of McNeil Nutritionals and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
To enter, post your best healthy resolution tips on the Splenda® website and fill in the additional details. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your mail. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes.
The Closing Date for the promotion is Sunday 6th May at 23:59.
There are three prizes:
• A personal style consultation with Nicky Hambleton-Jones
• A healthy eating plan from Kiran Goraya and a healthy eating cookery class
• a personal fitness plan with Jane Wake
There will be a judging panel made up of Nicky Hambleton-Jones, Jane Wake and Kiran Goraya.
The winners will be the three entries who in the opinion of the judges have posted the best healthy resolution tips. The judges will make their decision within 7 days of the Closing Date. Winners will be informed by email within 7 days of being selected.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of being selected, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Details of the winners’ name and counties will be available from the Promoter on written request by sending an email to: info@splenda.co.uk within 3 months after the Closing Date.
At the Promoter’s discretion another prize of equivalent or greater value may be substituted if in all reasonable circumstances the Promoter is unable to offer the intended prize(s).
The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
All internet connection charges shall be the participant’s responsibility.
In consideration of the right to submit an entry and be in with a chance of winning a prize, you irrevocably agree:
that all rights, titles and interests to all intellectual property rights in your entry submission (including copyright and moral rights) shall belong and be assigned (with full title guarantee) to the Promoter absolutely worldwide (both present and future) in perpetuity; and
that, if you are a prize winner, your name and image, including any pictures taken of you during the prize day, may be used by the
Promoter for marketing and PR purposes, for example on the Splenda® website.
Details of participants and winners shall be retained by the Promoter for the purpose of the Promotion. Participants may withdraw their consent to the retention of such data at any time by declaring such withdrawal to the Promoter.
