This competition is run by Delamere Dairy, Yew Tree Farm, Bexton Lane, Knutsford, Cheshire. WA16 9BH.

By entering the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules:

1. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to UK residents of 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Delamere Dairy and Champneys are not eligible for entry.

2. TO ENTER: Entrants may enter the competition by completing the required entry form and submitting their details via this website. Only one entry per person. Delamere Dairy will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Delamere Dairy reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. TIMING: This competition closes on 31/05/12. Entries must reach Delamere Dairy no later than the relevant closing date.

4. USE OF DATA: Personal contact data which you provide when you enter this competition may be used for future marketing activities by Delamere Dairy and Champneys. Should you wish to unsubscribe from such mailings, please tick the box above.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners will be notified by email by 10/06/12. The winners may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising. Delamere Dairy's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. PRIZES: One of 3x two night mid week breaks for you and a friend at one of the following Champneys Spa resorts - Forest Mere in Hampshire, the modern Springs in Leicestershire or Henlow in Bedfordshire. Each prize includes an indulgent Thalassotherapy session and relaxing facial, use of all the facilities and all meals. Prize not valid at Champneys Tring or on Saturday nights.

Prizes are as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available.

7. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Delamere Dairy's decision shall be final. Delamere Dairy reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
