Just wondering if anyone knew where to buy fresh Jalapenos? Not the ones in jars etc but fresh ones?

Some turkish supermarkets sell them. xx
ETA: by turkish supermarkets I mean the big Turkish shops in the London area; not going all the way to Turkey and shopping in their Tescos

no they are quite a bit different; have a different flavour and even look different, its hard to describe unless you see them in real life. The turkish shop near me sometimes sells tomatillos, a fruit in the tomato family that is used in salsas and some other mexican recipes xx0 -
The skinnier the chilli, the bigger the kick. 2 exceptions are the Birdseye, and Scotch Bonnet chillies.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
