Furthermore, by entering the competition, you confirm that you are not involved in: promoting any competitive product; or any activity which is illegal, obscene, pornographic, racist, profane, defamatory, libellous or disrespectful, and the Promoter reserves the right to reject the entry of any person whose association with the Promoter or its products may, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, damage or be detrimental to the brand, reputation, standing or goodwill of the Promoter or any member of its group of companies or their products.

The winner will be notified by 1200 (GMT) on Tuesday 30th October 2012 via the contact details given on their entry form. This information will not be used for any other purpose unless stated otherwise. By entering this competition you are agreeing to take part in any promotional activity resulting from your win, which may include partaking in reasonable publicity.
8. There is only one prize available. The prize is a new Honda Civic MUGEN, inclusive of registration, delivery to a UK address and 12 months' Vehicle Excise Duty. The prize does not include insurance. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to arrange insurance prior to taking ownership of the car. No cash alternatives will be offered in place of the prize described in these terms and conditions.
