On the palmolive voucher offer is there any Shower Gel or similar type product?
I usually stock up on shower gels about every 6 months and my current stock is probably only got a month left.
If there is a Shower Gel could someone possibly PM me the voucher pdf please.

You are so right. That's if i had eaten it yet. Still in the freezer. Can only eat a small bit on the food focus diet.
High blood pressure can be hereditary you know. I aiming for my BMI to be 21. It's now 24.2.
I don't smoke, drink in moderation and my cholestrol etc are all normal.
I am just one of the unlucky ones. Having a stroke looks really unpleasant so am trying to lose that last 10kg. :Agrocery challenge 9.86/600
