As far as I understood direct links to coupons are not allowed on this thread, also as Issyc stated yesterday PM requests are also not allowed, we have previously got ino trouble for numerous pm requests openly, the understanding and generally now most of us try to be more subtle on our requests and one of us will usually forward a pm;)

Magicowen just passed the critical 72 hour point on her quit smoking campaign.

If she's managed to stay off them she deserves a pat on the back and it's easier every day from here.

Next major milestone is 7 days from when your 'muscle memory' starts to readjust to the 'habit' times not being so important.
