I do, and I get some very funny looks when I walk out with a box of food :D

I was on a gluten free regime for 6 months or so while I was under going tests etc (this was 10 years back) .
I couldn't find anything decent to eat , the bread was no good unless toasted , the supermarkets were hopeless with their selections of gluten free foods etc ....from what I've seen in certain S'Markets they have improved ever so slightly but are still very limited ...did see a nice bottle of gluten free beer at T's the other day tho' .

luckily I wasn't coeliac and resumed a so called normal eating pattern soon after .
I was young once , now I get older all the time .

Try finding glutenfree which is egg free as well :( I've only found tesco freefrom digestive biscuits so far

If I think of or see anything, I'll let you know. I do have some nice recipes if they're any good to you.
    Hope is not a strategy.

You're right, there's quite a limited amount of stuff we can eat, so lots of the glitches are no good to me unfortunately. The frustrating thing is that, with only a very little tweaking, so many more things would be suitable for us. Are you reading this, Mr T??

I'm glad for you that you didn't have it. Unfortunately our daughter inherited it from me (there's a one in ten chance, we were told), but we got her diagnosed early because we were on the look out for it, thank goodness.
