Age perfect and Renourishing wipes are both £3 in T and both £2 in A, so can get jtd or money off shopping in A

Really,? That's annoying. Tesco.com is showing the Age Perfect wipes at £4.70 and they are on my JTD list, seeing as the Heinz soup has gone back to normal price in Asda.

I'll be honest I haven't ever tried to give blood. The few times i've had blood tests they have really struggled to get a vein for some reason, and it's made me really nervous around needles. One nurse was really snappy with me, and said 'how on earth do they usually get blood from you' .... like I was supposed to know! I don't have fat arms or anything, just in case anyone was wondering!!!

I have the same problem. They spend ages trying to find a good vein and always have to call over the most senior nurse.

It always takes ages, it always hurts and I always have a large bruise the next day. Sometimes I spring a leak afterwards - hard as it is for them to get it out in the first place it doesn't always want to stop when they have taken enough.

I do it anyway though. If it was really too much trouble for them they would tell me not to bother so I can only assume the fact they persevere means they really need it.

I also find it strange that a gay man can't donate but the question that really surprises me is whether, as a woman, I have ever had intercourse with a man who has ever had intercourse with another man. A yes would rule me out as a donor.

As I said to them once when they asked me - how can I answer no and be 100% sure that is the truth? I think 'not that I am aware of' is the correct answer as I am not sure that I would definitely know if the answer was yes.

Come on T's hurry up, waiting for my price check so I can go and buy more handwash :)

Are they still accepting these? If so I'll print mine out, printed and bought some the day I got it but when I saw they'd pulled it I didn't do any more. Will stock up if they are

    What does that mean?

I have Coeliac disease, which means if I eat gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, rye and oats, it triggers an auto-immune response which destroys my stomach lining. The marking "gluten free" you will see on some food packaging is aimed at people like me. There are supposed to be something like a million Coeliacs in this country, and it can be a right pain sometimes.
    Hope is not a strategy.
