    Afternoon Elite,

So, results are in on the schools and we didn't get in to the one we wanted. Looks like I'm going to be doing a lot of driving come September :(. Feel absolutely gutted. My hubby thinks I'm being over-dramatic as it is still better than ending up with a closer school that we really didn't want but it just bothers me having to travel 25 mins 4 x a day for the school run. Then we've got play dates etc which are prob going to be harder too as other kids parents aren't going to want to come all the way over to us to pick up/drop off their kids. The stupid thing is, is that people who put my first choice school down as second choice have got it yet we put it down top and haven't got it.

Anyway, thought I'd try to online Tesco order to cheer myself up and it won't accept the £10 off so that was a waste of time too.

Hey-ho - think I'll head out to T's in a bit. Think I'll try getting the Chokablok icecreams to cheer myself up!

my son goes to a school that is 23.6 miles from our house. he shares a taxi with 5 other children. maybe if you could find out if any other children nearby are going to that school. shared taxi fares are alot cheaper than petrol costs.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.

MORNING! Well I'll just pretend it's still morning then :p Make me feel like I wasn't quite so lazy this morning.

Actually I was up earlier than usual....everytime I see my Consultant he takes blood, then I have wait weeks for him to call me regarding any changes, consultation = NO!:mad:I drive a 40 mile round trip just to have bloods taken! He never listens if I I say I've been in agony, when the report from the app comes it always says 'Fudge was well today' even if I can barely walk! So I suggested having my bloods done before I come so we can talk about the results... 'good idea' he says, I'll send the details of the bloods I require to your GP! :idea:And surprise surprise he didn't! So I had to chase him this morning before bloods tomorrow. Why does everything have to be so darn difficult all the time?! I get absolutely nothing from being registered under a consultant :( He's lovely but that doesn't make me well!

Anyway rant over, now I've got that sorted I'm :)

Afternoon darlings, sorry I haven't been able to pop in for a while, had to go abroad to see the outlaws for a few days. Hope you've all been behaving (fat chance :p ). Will try and catch up a bit over the next couple of days, but in the meantime hugs to all who require one. xx

Oh and a MASSIVE thank you to all the lovely people who helped me with my PA problems, including Milo90, Bikingbint and sorryaboutmywife. I've now got it's replacement, it's working fine and I'm chuffed to bits with it. Thank you all :A
    Hope is not a strategy.

Hi, has anyone actually tried to buy the simply add this morning? They weren't showing on line this morning. I see someone has posted they now have a white SEL £4 price, but I have been buying them in an Extra with this white SEL since weekend, the offer was never showing, but it still worked.

I can't go until after work, but will venture out later if I can find any.

    Thanks IA.

I set my anchor further South I'm afraid, although in the etching I made a special trip up to the Tesco owned port in Teeside to harry their operation.

I'll watch out for thea on my next raiding party.

    Anchors away.......

Thought you couldn't be local from your spelling of Teeside(Teesside);) Never mind, just keep up the good work:)
