Still not caught up - been distracted by other things online
,!
Notoiced on SSM the £25 L2S vouchers are showing as redeemed - hopefully this means they will be delivered in the next 3 - 4 weeks, or sooner. I think they use Royal Mail for these, thank the lord, not Yodel. :rotfl::rotfl:
(I promise I will catch up one day this week!!)0 -
Popped into Asda to look at the reductions and when I was going through checkout the woman in front of me spent over £100, now as she was paying ( by card) the checkout operator asked her for her postcode and then inputted it to till , not sure why and never heard of it before....
So was wondering if it was for security to check against the card or do you think they may be recording it for APG purposes???
i think they use it to survey from how far out people travel to the store to shop......
thats what i have been told when i have asked the reason they want my postcode....:)0 -

3 dogs I was going to try & catch up but I just saw your post & lost it again so I don't know the contents of the replies you've had since posting.
Blue Badge they are a help but can also be a nightmare so when you get it read the booklet very carefully don't park on a yellow with 2 no loading stripes on the kerb, don't park in a loading bay & always check in unfamiliar car parks that disabled badge holders can park free & unlimited not always the case.
Motability car- We got ours from a large Ford main dealer the only concession we needed was it had to be an automatic but I was fussy about the colour & having a heated front screen fitted so they said 4-6 weeks it was quicker.
Had we just wanted a standard automatic Focus they had many new ones stored on the roof  I've driven past there a million times & you can't see the cars & it would have been a case of just sorting the paperwork & getting the car registered.
I understand your reasons for getting a motorbility car but it will have to go back when the inevitable happens. The scheme used to be a contract for 3 years so you had to be guaranteed to be receiving it for 3 years before you could go ahead. I think they have changed the rules now but there is website.
Wouldn't it be best to keep the money for the odd taxi if necessary when you can't use the van & just hiring a suitable car for your trip to Cornwall. Also don't forget once you give back your DLA in exchange for a car you won't have the extra money for petrol.0 -

The early morning boarding party are reporting that the Mr T. stores have removed the instore promotion SEL and are now only showing the conservative £4.00 price with no special treasures.
However upon further probing the boarding party report that even now the special treasure of £6 off are still in place when passed through the Mr T. security checkpoint.
Cap'n GlitchHunter thinks this may well be the last day of this glitch so has filled up his swag bag with mucho gold, he suggests you do same if so inclined.
Anchors away....................
I think someone mentioned this yesterday in their store...I think the stores know about it and its just their way of limiting their losses;)Busylizzie wrote: »Is there a password for accessing this please?
