Hi everyone by the way. :D

Freebiefinder try to not be offended. There has been such a hullabaloo with knives here lately I am sure any comments have not been personal.

  • No I wasn't charged 1p I'm afraid :(:(
    :rotfl:

For me the 1p bit comes into play when the SA scanned his piece og paper to give me the discount. It shows further down the reciept as Knife Offer -£10.51.
I bought the small Santoku at £14.99 then gave the vouchers so it made it £4.48

Still not convinced it's not a wind up after last time! :rotfl:

Honestly, it is true, I've double checked and triple checked my two receipts, I was definitely only charged 1p for each of the 4 knives, they're not on the receipts anywhere else, this was in the brand new W**nes store, maybe they're having a few teething problems?:j

Thanks Mistic, I understand, I was soooo pleased to be able to share with everyone, I won't take offence - I just hope somebody else can get some too :)

Sounds like you got a result there then :D

Which knives was it that you actually bought?

We got a utility knife, large santoku, cook's knife and bread knife - would have liked to go back for the set but don't think my nerves could have handled it :rotfl:

Evening, I've just been reading back snce 7pm. Thanks to everyone that sent me wishes to get better..I just managed 2 digestive biscuits and a peppermint tea so think I'm over the worst of it.

Smart1e, i have the Graze boxes and love them but they are expensive. I take them into work and have them one as a mid morning or afternoon snack. Very convenient but pricey.

I read yesterday about a 50 p coupon in the Tesco Food magazine. I grabbed one today but I have gone through it several times and have not found the coupon.

Does anyone know roughly where it is please

Edited to say the coupon was apparently for a yoghurt
