I did a bed of cheesy doritos, cucumber strips, cherry tomatoes, soured cream. Poured over the chilli (half a tub) and then loads of grated cheese.
    it was delish!

anyone wanna guess the syn value of that!!!

I had mine with aromatic rice, and it was much yummy :)
Thank you for all your good wishes and positive thoughts.

My mum finally called me. Yes, QOC the clinic did run late, and my mum had to go for another xray and to pick up some medicine from the pharmacy.

She is going to try hormonal therapy first - a drug called Arimidex, which she will take for 6 weeks. Then she'll go to a clinic to see how well the treatment is working. If her body doesn't respond too well to the treatment, she'll have to have chemo. She asked the Oncologist outright if she 'had a future', and the Oncologist said 'Yes'. So that's a huge relief. My mum knows that the secondary cancer is not curable, but it is treatable and she could still have several years left yet.

Thank you all so much again for caring. Knowing that you're 'there' has help me immensely, and I'm sure that I've felt you sending warmth and positive thoughts.

Fingers crossed now that this treatment helps and that my mum can eventually get some kind of normality back in her life. xx

    Thats good news xx

Had a lovely tea tonight, chilli beef (had to put some tinned toms in as it was too beefy fo me, not enough veg) spooned on broken up OEP tacos, with a sprinkle of cheese on top. Very tasty!:money:

Then I saw this on pinterest and thought of you organised glitchers/wombles/couponers!:rotfl:

 at myself!! I emailed them yesterday too. They left a message earlier when I was out saying they'd try again tomorrow. Once I'd got back the majority of my price checks were back so I sent them another email to say not to worry because it seems the problem was righting itself! :(
    Gwrys yn Kernow! :j
