Afternoon all, haven't been on in a few days, back at home now so loads to catch up on. Been to see FIL a few times over the weekend, a bit of a shock to the system to be honest with you - he has always been a very slight man, but now it looks as if he is a mini michelin man - i presume its all the steroids etc he is on, but fairplay to him he is still with us and fighting the Big "C" with all his might - does it sound awful but i really wish he would go to sleep and not wake up, he is now in a lot of pain and it was awful to hear him cry out, i have arranged to see his doctor tomorrow to see if they will up his morphine levels as it is just so horrible not just for us but him also big time. DH is coping a lot better than i thought he would and is now resigned to the fact he will lose his
Dad - he has only broken down once this weekend, his Dad told him to go away as he said he wanted to be alone when he dies:eek::eek:, which really hurt him.

I visited 6 Mr T's on my route home and no sign whatsoever of the simply add range to be seen anywhere:mad::mad:
I did however see loads of the valentine lovehearts but weren't scanning at 1p when i saw them, and am now sadly over 70miles away from them.

EdinDevon - if you go to our mutual Extra there must have been at least 50 of them there on friday afternoon - they were in the seasonal reductions aisle on right hand side heading towards the middle of the store.

Big hugs to those that need them - FloFlo and 3Dogs and Mr 3Dogs and anyone else - really sorry haven't been able to read back everything i have missed over the three days.

Oh i received a nice big parcel in the post this morning a "Hamper" full of cooking ingredients, sauces, chopsticks etc from BlueDragon on FB so well chuffed :j:j:j:j:j:j

The Cadbury Wishes and the Galaxy Presents are still 65p. Shame as I know a store that has 5 boxes full of the Galaxy

I don't know about Aero as haven't seen any for months.

Have kept an eye on Yodal, and this morning it once again left the depot, and was 'delivered to customer' an hour later. I took screen shot of the tracking which I printed.
Returned to store late morning today, handed over a piece of paper with order no. on, and got the same old lost in transit blah blah blah, so produced screen shot of Yodal tracking.
Phone call from CS desk to warehouse explaining I had tracking information and it should be in store, and 5 mins later a suited looking manager type appereared with what I can only call a 'Customer is always Right' smile. :rotfl: Handed me my strimmer and said, oh, it turned up thismorning. :A

Doesn't it make you feel good when you feel like you have got one over on them!:j :T:beer::T:j
So if anyone else is going to pick theres up and Yodal say it has been delivered.... take a scrren shot as proof! We will defeat them!

Would lbe interested to know if anyone else has been through similar.

I don't think this is a MOC it is saying you can purchase the product for a £1 so only gives you the money off that is greater than a £1

Theres conflicting terms and wording on the coupon, someone called the company and they confirmed its £1 off... Other peeps have been using it today with no problems..

i also found a Fruit Pastille stocking filler tube for 1p that was BBE 3/12. I guess that is going to have to be the first thing I eat
