Morning
Back from the school run and survived it:j
I really want to do the quiz but the parental control thingie on my pc blocks it and I've forgotten the passwords for it:o I'll phone tec support today and get it set again. At least I know it works problem is it works on nearly everything:rotfl:
Will nip into T's later and check a few things;)
Jumblejack I hope there is an improvement in your mum when you see her.
Good to see Mr3Dogs feels up to attempting fixing the van, but I hope he doesn't do too much.
Hope everyone has a great day.0 -
Good morning all ... well I don't actually need anything today but I'm thinking of doing some A wombling. I've never done an APG before but like many I'm getting fedup of waiting for the T PC now.0

Avoided supermarkets on Sunday as I think my OH had had enough of them on Saturday
But that gives me a good "reason" to go to Asda today
We did though go to Sainsburys yesterday afternoon but the 2nd reductions had been and gone, nothing on bakery or fruit/veg but I did get 3 packs of Pembrokeshire cheese 400g reduced to 99p each :T
So I probally wont be using the price flop cheese MOCs now unless there is a good glitch. Mind you that is £2.97 I've not spent in Tesco which is a very good thing.
My Sainsburys also has the biggest stockpile of Easter eggs on the planet, thye are all over the store, even at 75% off people dont seem to be bothering with them
Also yesterday after I'd come out of the shower - usuall products, nothing different for breakfast etc, I've had an allergic reaction to something and the skin on my face has gone bright red and lumpy, not much better this morning, still feels like my face is on fire. Dithering wether to go to doctors - mostly they will say it will wear off and you just have to live with it. The only relief from it is putting my cold hands over it ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

By the way - did you know there is a new Extra opening nearby? It's going to be two minutes walk from me, so about 5 mins drive from current one.
Oooh!!!! Whereabouts is that?0 -
:TGood morning everyone, the sun is shining here so will go for a nice walk later as the house seems very quite after having my sister and hubby staying with me for the weekend.I have not seen Lala for a couple of days but I think she is still in one piece after having DH and DS looking after her :rotfl::rotfl:I have enjoyed a little break from my duties;)and it has enabled me to recharge my batteries to tackle whatever needs doing at Lalas this week,I am guessing there will be lots of ironing as one thing her DH is good at is using the washing machine:T0

Do you know Blackwater? Carry on up the A30 from The Meadows, past Lidl and Aldi, it will be just up there on the right, where the old Elegance Lounge was, currently has blue boards around it. PM me if you want more info as am now off out. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Hi all getting a little fed up with T's JTD responses so posted this on T's FB wall and got the following responses.
Dear Tesco,
Is there a reason that your price check is not working, I have received back the below email on a receipt that I entered into the on-line price checker.
Sorry, unfortunately we have been unable to find your receipt details, so we cannot show you price check results for your shopping. Please try re-entering your receipt details and we will try again to find them.
Tesco Price Check
Thank you for your understanding,
The Tesco Price Check Team
This is an email from Tesco.Com Limited. (Company Number 3942522). Registered in England. Registered Office: Tesco House, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire EN8 9SL. VAT Registration Number: GB 220 4302 31
I have noticed on chat forums that this appears to of been an issue since the bank holiday for all customers. I must say that in my humble opinion that when companies cannot fullfill a promise of this type made to customers they should either
A) withdraw the promise orif the promised service is not working compensate all customers for this.
After reporting such huge profits this year I do not think option B is beyond Tesco's.

Twice in the past week, I have enetered the details from 3 of my recent receipts, yet have had the message back that they can`t find them. A load of balony....come on, Tescos, either get it fixed, or pull it.

There's definitely a problem with the price checker. Lots of people on moneysavingexpert talking about it and no one has had a price check come back properly this week. No apology and in fact the reply above is a joke, if they weren't being serious!

Make of this what you will personally it looks to me like there are issues that are as yet not being admitted to the general T's customer population.0
