Still waiting for my £25 l2s and £25 red letter day vouchers. I should have had 2 x £25 l2s but they removed one of my rewards without saying why, can't grumble though have done well out of it.

Afternoon everyone....Elite, and not so Elite

12 pages since I was here last night.... thought i'd say hello before catching up so not got a clue if anything has been happening.... But I thought i'd report what is happeneing to me.....

Just been on the phone to Mr T's CS.... must admit they were quick off the mark phoning me back after an on line enquiry..... less than 5 mins from clicking my enquiry through!
Basiclly, I placed an order for the 2 toys that were going cheap last week.... I would be interested to know if anyone got these.... a VTec turtle and a fish at £4 and £3 respectivly? I was pretty disapointed as they were going to be a present for a teenager with learning difficulties that I always buy for on very limited funds, and looked ideal as I know he loves his baths!
Anyway, I paid using a moneycard that I had, but they cancelled the order.... and I was informed that payment would be refunded to my 'account' in 3-5 days, now over a week ago. If I had paid by bank card I could check my statement to check, but on the moneycard balance today I could only guess that it didn't appear that the refund had been made.....
Upon checking by them I am correct.... no refund has gone onto the moneycard, so they are dealing with it and will get back to me again hopefully!
Just a warning to be careful if you buy something on Tdirect on money (possibly giftcard too) and they cancel, make sure you get your refund!:eek:
