What have your credit card company done/said?

Argos and Homebase belong to the Home Retail Group. They have a new Chief Executive, John Walden. The outgoing CEO was terryduddy@homeretailgroup.com. Got to be worth sticking johnwalden@homeretailgroup.com in a strongly worded email and see if you get anywhere, as well as insisting your credit card company step in. HTH

Thanks, several people have emailed and they all got the same response......something like it was misprice and all orders cancelled etc.......this is not true as some people had theirs delivered today.
Credit card put a waiver on so I won't get the overlimit charge but cannot reclaim until after 5th May (delivery date).
Still get a marker on my credit file but not too drastic.
