I got this too, but on that date i inputed 3. Im not sure which one they are refering too. At the top, they give you a date and a number. I cant match the number to anything on any of the receipts?0 -

i ordered the Barbie hairdryer sets (£2 rtc) on tdirect on 3rd April to collect instore...recieved an email to say it had been despatched but nothing more, so went instore on Tues to check.....got given someone elses parcel so took it back today and they had a good rummage and found mine!!! But still not had an email to say my parcel is ready to collect - I'm sure they used to do this??!!!
