I won a goodie bag for Top Contributer too and received mine this morning. It came by courier - Yodel iirc.

Mine was slightly different though, I got travel sized Pantene rather than Head and Shoulders, but everything else was the same.
Very chuffed by the goodie bag, but still waiting for the £25 L2S.

I have just rang and complained - they have told me that a receipt can only be inputted once and if it fails then you can't put it in again:mad::mad::mad:

Also they have had no complaints about the system not working

Typical Tesco! That's just rubbish because the message you get when they've failed to find your results is to resubmit!

As for no complaints, their Facebook page had comments from at least one poster from here (I seem to remember) so that's carp too! Between the trouts and the carp from HO, Tesco has a big pile of fish!!
