    Morning all!

Lovely cold but sunny day in South Wales, perfect for some wombling!

Can I ask the advice of the MSE Massive on my planned shop?

    £25 on clothes
    £15 on a knife
    £6 on food
    Total £46.00

    Less -
    £5 off £25 clothes (wombled last night:T)
    £5 off £40
    £10.50 off the knife

Leaves £25.50 to pay , oops the clothes don't fit so return them for £25 = 50p for a knife and some food.

My question goes back to this , what's the chance of being trouted on the return as it's so close to the total paid?

Decay this question goes to you please!

    :D

I got my refund no problem last night, although I did change my shop slightly.

    Paid £47, refunded £30, expected jtd £16

    Edit :
    Here is mine from yesterday
    2 x Heinz spaghetti.......T £4.52......................A £3
    2 x Heinz tom soup ......T £6.38.......................A £3
    2 x Oral b refills ...........T £30.14- £4 moc's......A £20
    1 x Pilgrims choice ........T £2.19 -30p moc........A £1.99
    1 x Quaker oats granola..T £1.89 - £1 moc........A£1.88
    1 x Garnier belle hair colour..T £4.60 - £1.50 moc..A £3
    1 x Knife block .................T £4.99...........A. n/a
    1 x sharpening steel..........T £4.49............A..n/a
    T - £5 conditional spend

    Totals.......T £59.20- £11.80 = £47.40............A £32.87

    Jtd expected £16.85

    refunded £30.14

Do you know if they are giving out the £25 off wombled clothes with all purchases or do you have to spend over a certain amount please?

That is an insert in the May Sainsburys magazine - it's attached into the middle of it. The coupons are extra ones in addition to the usual back page in the usual magazine. Hope this helps :)

I'm looking forward to going even more now :D It really didn't bother me much last time as I said, we were out from around 9am unti 10pm ish each day but it would have been nice to come back to somewhere clean and less smelly!
Any places you can recommend visiting whilst there? We'll have the OH's DS who is 5 years old with us this time.
:D Credit were credit is due - it was really clean & new :)
We went up The Great Orme on the Tram & then down on the Cable Car - go good we're doing it again :T & also went over to Crosby beach to see the Anthony Gormley statues :)

    Morning All

Hopefully a lazy day today with a quick pop to T's

I have a nice Gammon Joint for dinner today and was wandering if they cook well in a slow cooker? A friend said she has cooked beef n them before and gorgeous but just wandered.

I see people have suggested cola (can vouch for this being yum) and pineapple juice (have to try this too) but its also gorgeous cooked in cider.....My slow cooker is used for all joints now, wouldnt cook one any other way
