  • Hi everyone,

I am delurking here to wish you all a very good and productive Saturday morning. I have done my quota of batch cooking for the next week, now off to tidy up the garden for an hour and then sow some tomato/pepper seeds in the propagator.

GG and Calfuray, I will send you the book as soon as I receive it.

My Feb grocery spending was below £100. Yay!

For those who have stores selling A2 milk nearer their home, here is the link for a free voucher. HTH.

    Hi fellow MFWers,

Hoping you are having a lazy Sunday afternoon despite the rainy weather! For those of you with Irish roots, Happy St.Patrick's Day :)

I've been über :money: during the last week, all NSDs since last Sunday. But then I have to go shopping soon to pick up some meat and veggies for this week. Hoping that I do get some YS bargains.
I'm glad to report that all my £co Clicksnap and TCB cashbacks have come through.

    Bye for now.

  • It's me again! Just came to post that I found 500g boxes of Kell0gg's Fr0sties at MrT for 54p and H0ney Nut Cheeri0s 750g for 67p. There are other bargains too in the cereal aisle (shreddies, sugar puffs etc. for less than a quid). HTH.

  • Delurking again to update my diary. I am not deviating from the MFW path inspite of numerous other commitments that need immediate attention; just that my MFW journey is proceeding at tectonic pace now.

Have a good day everyone! Remember it is FLW on fleabay today :-)

Came by to say my iMutual is pending into my bank, apparently should be here 2nd March. Exciting! So thanks for link :)

And would it be cheeky to say I'd love a copy of book too? It'll have a good home in my book room :)

Calfuray, please pm me your address so that I can mail you the book :)

  • I have had a good week so far; majority NSDs, a good haul of YS stuff from M&S incl. 10p milk, 50p salmon and £1 chicken. Went in to get the Dine-in promo which I'll now buy on Mon/Tue. On the survey front, I have not done a single survey for the past 2-3 months and today I got a B00ts survey for £20 in gift vouchers. Yay!

Tomorrow going to plant out some of the beans and peas, hope the weather will not be too much of a shock for the sheltered plants. My tomato seeds haven't germinated yet - will sow another batch and see whether they germinate this time.

  • Hi fellow MFWs,

Hope you are all having a nice and leisurely Sunday morning.

For those who are doing home refurbishments, there is a post on the grabbit board about a glitch on BHS. I took advantage of that  to order a few necessities at throwaway prices.

Though there was frost overnight, the sun is shining nicely. Hope this alternate sunshine and frost does not play havoc with the tender plants.
