This may seem like a daft question, but I want to open a cash ISA in my mum's name. (I have Power of Attorney)
I already have an ISA myself. Will I be allowed to open another one but in her name? How do I go about it online?

Yes you can do it for her, but I suspect you will not be able to do it on-line.
Normally there are manually procedures for POA applications.0 -
There may well be a special application process - see this example from Northern Rock. http://www.northernrock.co.uk/savings/PDF/E_ISA-POA_Form.pdf0

Thanks for your help. It seems it has to be done in the branch or by post.Sealed Pot challenge #59SPC5 total £473.600
