Hi,
I need to remortgageto a buy to let but I’m struggling to find one.
I moved abroad in orderto study. At the time I agreed with my bank I could let the property for oneyear. The year has passed and since then I was unemployed.
I’m going to start a 6months contract beginning of May in Spain.
I’m French, lived andworked in the UKfrom 2000 to 2009.
My parents (Frenchliving in France)are ready to give their financial backing if needed.
My partner (Dutchliving in Holland)has a permanent job could give her backing too.
I’ve got tenants readyto move in.
From what I’ve triedso far I understand I need a permanent contract to get a buy to let mortgage. Italso seems that being a foreigner andliving abroad restricts the choices.
London & Countrysends me to a specific company which says I need a permanent contract. Othersdon’t do foreigners living abroad for buy to let.
Any advices?
Thank you very much.
Laurent
