Hi, I'm hoping someone can make things clearer for me! We bought our house in 2002, the relocated (renting) and rented out the house on a 2 year permission-to-let agreement in 2010. This 2 year agreement is nearly up, so we will need to remortgage, but to a buy to let mortgage instead of a residential one. I'm not sure if…

Theres nothing that was completely fees free, I said no arrangement fees. That said there was a couple of products with just a 15 quid TT fee, which isnt too bad IMO. Unfortunately I made the decision not to name lenders for fear of someone taking it as advice and getting an unsuitable product because they only considered one aspect of the mortgage, ie the arrangement fee.
