Solar MC4 connector cables

Hi,
Apologies for what might be a simple question but ...
are all MC4 connector cables for solar panels the same? Apart from the length?
The prices on ebay seem to vary so much it makes me wonder if there are different gauges of wiring for different panel sizes.

They should made to an industry standard which means they should all be the same, albeit within an acceptable tolerance.
