poppyseed, I really can't see it ever being as frequent as it used to be.. not now they've changed the way they allocate and with them appearing to have recruited a lot more testers onto the panel recently. x0

Contact them tell them you are interested in being a panel member, they will most likely come back and say they have no openings but will keep your name one file (if not ask them if they will save your details for a possible opening).
It may take years to get the invite but at least you will get there in the end (would have said worth joining as the chances of test products are good, but they seem to have cut right back on sending out test items targeting those more suitable to the product, still you do get a steady flow nevertheless).

I was accepted onto panel few months ago and not had anything yet (not complaining just to say newbies aren't necessarily getting to test either
)

I was sent an email to try free products , I replied immediately
The only thing is I haven't heard anything since. They asked for details such as name, address, online name, dob, gender etc.
Could someone please clarify for me if this could have been a genuine offer, as I'm a little worried. I really should have checked the request out thoroughly but at the time didn't think it could be a scam. The email came from a boots.com email address...

Do you check the site often for new trials?
Don't wait for them to contact you!I was sent an email to try free products. The only thing is I haven't heard anything since. They asked for details such as name, address, online name, dob, gender etc.

Once registered they should have your contact details.
They do from time to time send emails of a trial but I have never had to give contact details just say I am interested.
If in doubt forward the email to them or just contact via the site contact and ask if it was legit!Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0
