took a direct line morgage out a few years ago that was portable.now theyve changed there conditions and its not :mad:
i wana move house and they tell me ive gota pay the fee,s etc to have a new morgage at the new property with them. not happy.
i only owe a small amount but kept it going so i could move with no hastle. so i though :rolleyes:

Have you tried raising this with them through their complaints procedure?0

They shouldn't be able to change the terms of your mortgage once it has been taken out. I would definitely complain to them.0
