Luxury Makeover Competition Creating a Sense of Attractiveness and Self-Confidence.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The competition is organised by Imagenation Love & Beauty Photography and co-organisers: Anna Zochowski, Personal Stylist; Sarah Hutton, Holistic Therapist; Katie Gulley, Make-up Artist and Lynn Rich Confidence Coach. It is open to women living in Basingstoke (Hampshire) and surrounding areas (up to a 20 mile radius).

2. To join the competition, a prospective winner must register on the Imagenation registration site (http://www.imagenationstudio.co.uk/Win-Makover.html) and send a favourite photograph of herself together with a short description of why she would like to win the makeover. Detailed instructions will be sent to the registrant via e-mail. The photograph needs to be in a jpg format and file size should not be bigger than 5MB.

3. Registration opens on Wednesday 21st March 2012 and closes on Sunday 9th September 2012. Three lucky winners will be selected through a voting system in which all organisers will be involved. The winners will be announced in the middle of September 2012 via the telephone.

4. The three women with the most votes will be deemed the winners.

5. The prize which is worth over £1000 will include: an image styling session to prepare for the photo shoot; a face lift massage giving confidence for the photo session; make-up, hair-style & manicure on the day; a luxury one hour boudoir photo experience at the Hilton Hotel and a VIP session with Law of Attraction /Self-confidence Coach. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or goods.

6. The photo sessions will take place in the Basingstoke Hilton Hotel (Hampshire) area in October 2012. The winners must be able to commute to the agreed photo shoot location. They are also responsible for all travel arrangements and costs. The services provided from co-organisers will be provided at a time and place suitable for both parties (individual arrangements to be made).

7. Imagenation Love & Beauty Photography will retain the copyrights of all images produced during the session and reserves the right to use the images produced for future promotional purposes.

8. The prospective winners agrees to receive marketing communication from Imagenation Love & Beauty Photography and co-organisers.

9. Imagenation Love & Beauty Photography and co-organisers reserve the right to change any competition conditions at its discretion or to offer an alternative service of similar value without prior notification.

10. Imagenation Love & Beauty Photography & co-organisers reserve the right to cancel the photo sessions or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control.

11. A prospective winner must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition.

12. Imagenation photo sessions involve some physical activity. This is undertaken at the winner's own risk.

13. The entrant agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions laid down in this competition.
