Question about Guarantor Mortgages

Hi All
I am a first time buyer and was wondering if anyone knew the answer to the below.
I am just moving jobs at the moment (bigger Salary so won't effect income multipliers) but was wondering what this means when applying for a mortgage - do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I will be eligible to apply for one?
If so is it possible to get a guarantor and what are the implications by way of fees etc with this?
Thanks

Do not worry about the guarantor part, this should be fine.
So long as you are moving to a permanent position and in a similar job role/industry; most lenders are happy with this.

Thanks Dave - that is a massive weight of my mind. Last I look HSBC seemed to have the best fixed rate option -any others I should be looking out for?

It is good - search HSBC mortgage in the top right search forum bar and see if it still looks as appealing.,I am a Mortgage Broker
