Please note if the winner chooses to take up the trip after 15 October 2012 and before 15 January 2013 then they will not be able to take up the fishing excursion and therefore will forfeit the fishing excursion element of the trip.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to instructions given and any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize excludes additional accommodation, excursions, meals, drinks, fishing equipment and clothing not included in the prize, transportation, travelling expenses, attractions, treatments, medication, car hire, insurance, room service, personal items, souvenirs and personal expenses.
