The prize includes:

Cash
A cheque for £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only and deliverable within 28 days of winner confirmation. The cheque may require a signature upon delivery.

Trip to Scotland
A two-night weekend break to Perthshire, Scotland for the winner and a companion to be taken up on either on a Friday night and Saturday night or a Saturday night and Sunday night. The trip includes hotel accommodation including breakfast, hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a twin or double room and a three-course dinner (including soft drinks but excluding alcoholic drinks) on one night during the trip in the hotel’s restaurant.

The trip includes a salmon fishing excursion on the River Tay to be taken up on one day during the salmon fishing season (which in 2012 ends on 15 October 2012 and in 2013 runs between 15 January 2013 and 15 October 2013 inclusive) (the “fishing excursion”). The fishing excursion is not available on Sundays. The fishing excursion includes tuition between 09:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. inclusive, fishing equipment (excluding waterproof jackets and sunglasses), lunch in the fishing hut, tea and coffee.

The winner must confirm to the prize provider and/or their agents when they want to take up the trip at least 60 days prior to the date they wish to take up the trip. They may take up the trip at any time between 1 July 2012 and 15 October 2013 subject to availability and the following dates when the trip may not be taken up: between Christmas day and New Year’s Day inclusive, Valentine’s Day, UK school holiday dates and UK bank holiday dates. Please note if the winner chooses to take up the trip after 15 October 2012 and before 15 January 2013 then they will not be able to take up the fishing excursion and therefore will forfeit the fishing excursion element of the trip.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to instructions given and any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes additional accommodation, excursions, meals, drinks, fishing equipment and clothing not included in the prize, transportation, travelling expenses, attractions, treatments, medication, car hire, insurance, room service, personal items, souvenirs and personal expenses.
