what my creditors got paid?

How can I find out how much my creditors got paid from the money the insolvency practitoner divided out to each one? Santander still show me as defaulting on the whole amount, when I suspect they were paid a large portion. I am wondering as we have been awarded some money back from a missold PPI on the loan which was included in our bankruptcy, and they are offsetting it against the amount outstanding.
Thanks for any ideas.

Hi Ruth, I'm not 100% sure how to check how much creditors have been paid tbh. Hopefully another poster can advise further.

Santander will show you as being defaulted and your BR will stay on your credit file for 6 years.

After you are discharged wait 2/3 months then do your credit file clean up as Fermi's sticky top of forum.

Please read DI's thread re your PPI.

have all matters in your bankruptcy been concluded?

I presume you have told your trustee about the PPI Claim?

You can ask your trustee for a final statement
