Frozen Slow cooker Ingredients

I've been inspired to de-frost and clear out my freezer over Easter. I want to prepare a bulk amount of ingredients like this http://melissafallistestkitchen.blogspot.co.uk/2011/09/freezer-cooking-slow-cooker-meals.html for my freezer. so i can defrost and shove in the slow cooker on those days i don't want/have the time to cook.
can anybody contribute and recipes they think might suit this preparation and cooking method?
even if i just concentrate on beef stew, then mix and match with some chicken. will involve some planning, think it would pay off. i make a vat of chilli a month or so with lentils and bulkers. great for taking out, de-frosting quickly and health-ish dinner.

I think almost anything which you already cook in a Slow Cooker could be adapted to this principle.
I already bulk buy veggies and chop up to make "soup/casserole veg packs". I don't tend to freeze the meat with the veg as I decide on the day what meat to use depending on what I have in the freezer or what is on special when I go shopping.
