I'm a new FTB. Just wondering if there is an official website where I could find local mortgage advisers in my area?

    Not really I am afraid, you can go on unbiased, yell or thomson and your area.

    This is not really the best approach, can you not ask friends and family for any recommendations?

    Thanks, Dave. I moved to London a year ago, and don't have friends around who bought a house recently. I might be the one to help them in future:)

    Could anyone here recommend some brokers in south London please. Really appreciated.
