Help with SOA Section 6 please

Hi There

This is my first post. I am having a problem with question 6.7. on the SOA. I live with GF and she pays half of the gas council tax etc. Do I write in 6.7 the amount that she pays towards the bills and write down the total bill amount in section 7? OR as I pay her half the bills (i am not named on the bills) do I write NIL in question 6.7 and write my share of the bills in section 7 outgoings?

Thanks for your help

Welcome! Write the full amount and on your SOA you put down the share your gf contributes.

  • Thank you!
So just to be clear for example the gas bill is £100, i pay £50 so put £100 in the outgoings section and £50 in the 6.7 question?
