    Evening all! well it's been peeing down most of the day here - you'd never think we had a hosepipe ban (but since we have am trying to be positive about the rain - not that i own a hosepipe)

    Am shuffling around in varying stages of agony today thanks to the last two days of boot camp - goodness knows how i'll manage pole tomorrow :eek: I'm ok(ish) once i get moving, but it's the getting to the moving but that's the worst...still no pain no gain...and judging by the current amount of pain, I'll come out of this looking like one of those beach vollyball players :rotfl:

    Well, NSD #8 for me :j Did get a couple of bits in Sainsbobs, but used coupons and then wombled a £1.20-odd brand match from the coupon printer (WHY don't people take these? not that I'm complaining :D) so I'm actually quids in by about £1-odd when you take off the pennies I did spend :beer:

    Am planning to get a couple of bits in Tacto tomorrow - but need to work out offers / coupons / price per kg and JTD / APG to get the best out of my shop - never mind triganomatary at school for maths, should've taught us coupon-omics :rotfl::rotfl:
