New on here hope I'm doing this right.
Just wanted to say re the puds my OH is Moroccan and loves English puds bigtime. So you could do something like a Pavlova in fact anything with cream is his favorite!
They also eat mainly fresh fruit after a meal so a fresh fruit salad-with cream! would be good.

While out in egypt we had a kind of sweet bread served with honey and thick cream. The cream was spooned onto a small plate or shallow bowl and honey drizzled on top and slices of this sweet bread on the side.
