Is costco produce seasonal?

Options
every time i go to costco to buy a particular item of food eg cheese or fish, i find they no longer sell it. i only go once every 2 or 3 months. is there produce seasonal or do they always keep changing their stock around? the reason i like costco is because they sell food which is difficult to find elsewhere but if they keep changing their stock, i wont buy what i cant find elsewhere!

Well when I went yesterday & last month, the only fish they had was salmon, cod & sea bass. Last November I bought some really lovely trout from there but the guy said they hadn't stocked it for some time.

Also I can only seem to buy pine nuts in November.
