Does anybody know if I will be credit checked again after receiving my mortgage offer in writing but before completing on my purchase?

Audit checks are increasingly undertaken now.

I heard that they would do a Hunter check (or what was called a Hunter check) just before release of money.

I know who they are. This database will be checked during the application process and before the mortgage offer is made.

Sorry that is just what I was told, just before official offer is made a Hunter check is done as well as a full in depth credit check.

Most likely they would recheck. As Nationalhunters is owned by the lenders themselves so would be an automatic system process.
